We, Dr. Haseena and Karimulla were the founders of Khasim & Khasim old age home. We had started our social service since year 2003 in Nandigama Mandal krishna dist, Andhra pradesh and surrounding areas like free medical camps, awarenesss camps, programmes beneficiant to poor students, Women empowerment, familiy counsellings etc. In this process of social services we thought to start a permanent project that is service oriented and Non-profitable ecspecially for “ELDERS” who are our treasure of experience. Thus an old age home was Started in the area of 2.5 acres land on 29.09.2007 that is 10 years back and named as “Khasim&Khasim old age home” at Magallu village which is situated 7kms away from Nandigama town towards Madhira.

Khasim&Khasim old age home is situated in spacious with greenery and Healthy atmosphere and it is meant for all the castes and religions. It is purely based on free service and Non-profitable. We provide “medical services” in addition to livelyhood.


KKR WELFARE SOCIETY visualized a society-poverty free, socially, economically self-reliant and conscious about basic rights and human dignity.


Mission Statement:

KKR WELFARE SOCIETY is working and assist the needy and neglected people at grass root level and find access to sustain in the society with due dignity. Therefore KKR WELFARE SOCIETY will take all necessary initiatives /measurer towards empowerment and self-determinations of community people enabling them to solve their own socio-economic problems by themselves towards poverty elevation.

Goal: To help and develop the distressed, needy, neglected and vulnerable people in Krishna District socially and economically by providing them necessary assistance for sustaining their lives and conditions specially the women and children as well.


Aims and objectives of the Organization:

KKR WELFARE SOCIETY is working towards achieving the following objectives for the benefit of its target group the poor, socially and economically deprived people.

  1. To concientize and create awareness among the people of poorest of the poor on prevailing socio-economic situation and encourage them for active participation in socio-economic development program.

  2. To undertake suitable projects and programs with special emphasis on Primary Health Care/Family Planning & Family Welfare/ Comprehensive Rural Development/Preservation of environment.

  3. To undertake skill development training programs for women society on handicraft, handloom, horticulture, pisciculture, and livestock and assist them by giving them short term loan for creating sources of income by themselves.

  4. To assist deserving poor people by means of giving them short term loan for creating income generating.

  5. To train up required number of volunteers on Family Health Care, Traditional Birth attendants and Functional Education, Ayush, Step etc.

  6. To establish manageable Training Center for Community Development Training for various level of people.

  7. To print or publish periodical magazines, books, pamphlets, leaflets or booklets that the KKR WELFARE SOCIETY may considered desirable or helpful in the promotion of its objects.

  8. To co-operate and assist in suitable joint venture with the governmental Organizations and agencies seeking the goal of redressing poverty and improving health status of common people or relief and rehabilitation at the time of any disaster.

  9. To plan and execute Development, Relief and Rehabilitation programs within the terms of objects of the KKR WELFARE SOCIETY
  10. To establish, run and support Health Care Center, Clinic, Technical Training Center, Schools, grant, stipend and scholarship for higher studies at home and abroad and do all such other things as may be benefit for the community.

  11. To all such other things as are necessary or conducive to attainment of the objects of the KKR WELFARE SOCIETY S.
  12. Women empowerment organizing, mobilizing, developing capacity and skills and creating provision of inclusion in decision making process in family and community enabling them to become economically and socially independent.

  13. Ensure cost effective community-based affordable and easy access health service especially for women and children (Primary health, antennal and postnatal).

  14. Protection and preservation of culture, language and tradition of tribal indigenous people.
